Mark has a long history of experience in multiple disciplines within the field of management information systems, including more than 25 years of experience analyzing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP and others). Prior to joining Dickinson + Associates, Mark acquired his professional experience by spending time at Shell Oil Company as a Programmer Analyst, Ernst & Young as a Systems Analyst, Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), Pratt and Whitney as an IT Manager, Mobil Oil as the IT Lead on the Global Revenue Reporting project, Conley Canitano and Associates, Inc. (CCAi) as a Vice President/Practice Manager, itelligence as Vice President of Operations, and Equal-Plus, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer.
Mark joined Dickinson + Associates as a Director and has focused his efforts in SAP optimization techniques, assessing SAP upgrade strategies and improving Project Management methods. This includes managing the engagement for an enterprise-wide (six sites / plants) implementation of SAP at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies.
Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Computer Science and Accounting with a minor in Mathematics and has completed numerous continuing education courses.
